The Knowledge Hub brings together experienced professionals through presentations to help charitable organizations gain and utilize knowledge to make their practice more efficient, effective, productive, and result oriented.
Join us on Thursday April 25 from 5:30pm to 9pm EDT at the Old Mill in Toronto to learn valuable information in the Not-For-Profit sector and network with the community.
This seminar will be of interest to volunteers, advisors, lawyers, accountants, administrators and directors of religious, charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
This event will have four expert speakers: Sharmila Khare, Taras Kulish, Olya Kuplowska, and Krystyne Rusek.
Sharmila Khare, Director General, Charities Directorate from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), will present "Perspectives from the CRA".
Taras Kulish, Business & Not-For-Profit Counsel lawyer from Mills & Mills LLP, will present "Donors, Donations and Control ".
Olya Kuplowska, President of Canadian FOundation for Ukrainian Studies, will present "Donating Through Foudnation: Insights from CFUS".
Krystyne Rusek, Estate Litigation Lawyer from Speigel Nichols Fox LLP, will present "Zombie Philanthropy - Recent Court Decision on Donor Control"

In-person and livestream options are available. The registration fee for the Knowledge Hub is $15-$35.
