Leading the wave of the new generation of Chinese hip-hop, prominent vocalist, rapper, and member of 88rising's Higher Brothers, KnowKnow performs live in Vancouver on December 4th at Fortune Sound.
KnowKnow, the first and only Chinese rapper to achieve RIAA-Certified GOLD status for his writing and performance on "Midsummer Madness," has become a prominent figure in hip-hop, earning praise from outlets like The New York Times. His hit singles, including "R&B All Night," "Lover Boy 88," "Midsummer Madness," "Made in China," and "I'm Selling Insurance," have collectively amassed over 450 million streams worldwide. In 2023, KnowKnow unveiled his fourth studio album, Street Beethoven, which features 18 tracks that blend Trap, R&B, Jersey Club, and Memphis styles, all reflecting his signature sincerity. The album includes collaborations with international artists like Lancey Foux, bbno$, and MASIWEI. With his distinctive sound, infectious lyrics, and creative vision, KnowKnow is leading the new wave of Chinese hip-hop.
