He has developed and implemented strategies leveraging workforce data in excess of $10b and collaborated with global executives to accelerate internal operations and align employment processes for existing and future workforce strategies. With hundreds of strategic workshops, Six Sigma training, and experience managing some of the largest global MSP programs in existence, his expertise has benefited most global workforce leaders in identifying opportunities and circumventing challenges in the marketplace.
Raleen Gagnon, CEO of TalentEdgeAI, has 20 years of leading, innovating, and delivering workforce analytics to drive the HR Tech industry and is channeling that expertise into the vision and go-to-market strategy for TalentEdgeAI. Before launching TalentEdgeAI, Raleen was the Global Vice President of Market Intelligence at ManpowerGroup and then GM of Total Talent Intelligence at Magnit Global. During her decades as an Executive in this space, she led annual workforce data development, delivery, and sales of $20-25m. Rather than continuing to consult with Fortune 1000 clients to fill the gaps in information and analytics available in the market today, Raleen has built TalentEdgeAI to harness the information, technology, and analytics into one comprehensive solution that simplifies the recruiting process and empowers data-driven hiring strategies with the click of a button.
