Join OneMKE in partnership with the Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee for an informative community event on Tuesday, October 14th at the Washington Park Urban Ecology Center. Doors open at 4:30 PM, with the program running from 5:00–7:00 PM.

The Consumer Protection Team at Legal Aid will present on the services they provide to Milwaukee residents, the most common consumer issues they encounter, and practical tips to protect yourself from scams, fraud, and unfair practices. Their presentation will last about 45 minutes to an hour, followed by open Q&A where you’ll have the chance to engage directly with their team.

This free, community-centered event is designed to empower residents with knowledge and resources to safeguard their rights. All are welcome—come learn, ask questions, and connect with your community.
