About This Workshop

Emotional wellness isn’t about feeling good all the time. It’s about knowing how to respond to what you feel—especially during moments of stress, challenge, and change.

This interactive workshop offers a supportive space to slow down, build awareness, and learn simple tools for navigating your emotional world with greater clarity and care. So join us on Saturday, February 28th at the Community Cafe in Union, NJ.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, this session is designed to meet you where you are.

This workshop is part of The Whole You, an 8-part series focused on caring for the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit.



What You’ll Experience

Through guided reflection, simple tools, and intentional conversation, participants will:

  • Build awareness of their emotions and learn how to name what they’re feeling without judgment
  • Understand emotional patterns and what their emotions may be asking for
  • Practice simple, supportive tools for responding to emotions during stress and change
  • Create a personal emotional wellness plan they can use in everyday life

Meet Your Facilitators

Crystal Johnson is the founder of Crystal Johnson Collective, a health and wellness educational consulting company rooted in the pillars of self-love, compassion, and resilience. Her work supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves, navigating life’s challenges with intention, and cultivating sustainable emotional well-being. Crystal creates spaces that are thoughtful, reflective, and empowering—where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to care for the whole of who they are.



Krystal Reddick-Pollard is passionate about self-care. As someone who lives with bipolar disorder, self-care is paramount for her well-being. In her own life and her work with others through Total Life Care Coaching, she takes a holistic approach to wellness and self-care that seeks to address the mind, body, and spirit. She believes that self-care and community care are the building blocks for a thriving inner and outer life. In fact, her company tagline is: "More than surviving, self-care for thriving."
