Knottwood Holiday Craft Fair – Vendor Applications Open!Our popular Handmade Craft Fair returns for its 4th year on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the beautiful Knottwood Community Centre (449 Knottwood Rd W NW).
Shoppers will enjoy free hot chocolate, a free craft session hosted by Crafty Concoctions, door prize draws, and roaming characters for photos with the kids. There will also be a concession hosted by the Knottwood Scouts and space for 35 vendors.
Applications close September 1, 2025 – apply early!
Spaces are limited and reviewed on a rolling basis. If selected, you will be contacted by September 10, 2025.
Selection Priority:
• High‑quality, well‑crafted products
• Active online presence (Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.)
• Ability to provide high‑quality product photos (please send photos to [email protected] as part of your application)
We also welcome optional door‑prize donations to help draw crowds.
Fee per 6 ft x 6 ft space (includes one 6 ft x 2.5 ft table and two chairs):
• $35 for Knottwood Community League Members
• $45 for Non‑Members
Limited larger spaces and extra table options are available—please indicate your preference when applying.
