Join Knockout Cancer 2021 Team and Punch King World as we host a fun day of Boxing with Pro MMA Fighter and Boxing Coach Wlad Gouvea. All levels are welcomed!
100% of all ticket sales will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Cancer Society to help fund blood cancer research and find a cure.
Step into the Punch King Strike Zone Lair and elevate your fitness on the next generation of Boxing/Kickboxing bags. Get a great workout and participate in head-to-head contactless matches on the heavy bags using advanced technology from Impact Wrap. You'll get to test out your skills with instant readouts of your impact score, impact force and impact count!
What to expect:
Get a killer workout and test out your striking impact! Experience will be led by Pro American Kickboxing Academy MMA Fighter Wlad Gouvea.
- Outdoor Bag Work on Punch King's state of the art Mobile Gym
- Indoor Bag Work - Friendly head-to-head contactless competition measuring your strikes on Punch King's revolutionary bags
- Strength and conditioning workout
- Limited class capacity at 30 max. Get your tickets fast!
- Covid19 policies will be enforced, including mask wearing at all times (indoors and outdoors) except when drinking
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to check-in, sign required Fitness Class Waiver and to wrap up.

Pro MMA Fighter Wlad Gouvea
Wlad started his boxing training in his home country of Brazil in 2008. He is a top notch Professional American Kickboxing Academy MMA Fighter and head boxing coach for over five years. You can find him training at American Kickboxing Academy and at Ralph Gracie Jiu-Jitsu as a Four Degree Brown Belt. Wlad is currently the head boxing coach at Third Street Boxing Gym in San Francisco, CA.
