Are you competing in the Scottish Youth Triathlon Championships or another upcoming event? Join us on Sunday 25th May for a dedicated race preparation and coaching day designed to help young triathletes gain confidence, sharpen their race skills, and familiarise themselves with the Knockburn course for the Triathlon Scotland Youth Champs.
This session is ideal for youth and junior triathletes looking to refine their open water swimming, bike handling, transitions, and race strategy in a structured coaching environment.
You'll receive expert coaching to help you develop the key skills needed to perform at your best on race day, including pacing, transitions, and handling different race-day challenges.
Limited Wetsuit hire will be available for the session.
Schedule for the Day:
08:30 – 09:00 → Arrival & Registration
09:00 – 10:00 → Open Water Swim (Loch Session)
10:30 – 11:45 → Bike Skills and Transitions (Track Session)
11:45 - 12:00 → Q&A and finish
