About this Event
Expert knitter and friend of the shop Emma Oldehoeft is BACK to host our next Knitting Night, perfect for beginners looking to get started, and experts looking to hone their craft + meet other fiber artists!
This club includes:
- A spacious and cozy atmosphere to knit in and meet other fiber artists
- A full-service cafe, with free drip coffee (including decaf) just for the knitters!
- Spare needles and yarn, available to take home if you don't have your own supplies
- An array of free patterns, ranging from beginner to advanced, for anyone looking to start a new project
- Guided help from Emma and her assistant (BB shop manager and novice knitter) Alex. If you're a total beginner, Emma and Alex can help you start your first project!
We will provide basic supplies including: yarn, needles, stitch markers, and scissors. However, if you're already a knitter, we encourage you to bring your own supplies so as to be as comfortable as you can, and so there are enough for newbies.
We've priced tickets at $1 and encourage you to donate what you can when purchasing to help us sustain this accessible workshop model and allow us to continue providing supplies to people who need them. If you can only spare a dollar, that is more than okay. Thank you. <3
See you there!
