Road Trip Shawl Class9/14, 9/21 & 9/28; Sundays from 11:00am-1:00pm at Casting On
A beautiful shawl using different Mosaic knitting patterns throughout. This could be a great way to learn a new and satisfying way to create colorwork, and a fabulous way to learn to read a mosaic knitting chart. (Instructions are also fully written.)
Choose two high contrast colors, or several different colors to create a beautiful work of art.
Pattern: The Road Trip Shawl pattern by Mari Tobita must be purchased and downloaded from Ravelry, $5.50 or purchased at Casting On.
Yarn: 420+ yds Main color, 420+ yds Contrast color. (Consider having extra on hand, several projects mentioned running out of the Main color.)
Needles: US 2.5 (3.0 mm) & US 3 (3.5mm)
circular needles–32” long
Notions: Darning needle.
Cost: $60 per student
