Come lift and hang with us as we OFFICIALLY celebrate opening our doors! We will be conducting a Lift-A-thon where members can challenge themselves in the three main lifts: bench, deadlift, and squat. After these lifts are totaled, their name will be put on a board to join our Strength Club. Do you have what it takes to join our 600, 750, 1000, or 1300 pound club? Come prove it and earn a shirt to show off your strength!
Lift-A-Thon participation fee is $20. Please stop in or message Knight Fitness to get signed up! Money raised for this event will go directly to New Horizons Academy in Wauseon.
We will also have miscellaneous merchandise to give away AND for purchase.
Special Grounds Coffee and Smothered It food trucks will both be there to fuel your lifts before AND after!
Don’t want to lift? Just come hang out with us! We would love to chat and celebrate with our local community members.
