In this class; you as a Culinary Entrepreneur will gain the basic Knife Skills used in a Professional Kitchen.We will focus on making Stocks from raw ingredients, turning stocks into favorable Soups and bake tasty Breads.
This program runs from 8am-5pm, including a light lunch.
