Led by LaBelle Chefs, this class will guide you through cutting techniques and knife safety, applying specific techniques to fruits and vegetables, how to choose the correct knives for your kitchen, and knife maintenance.You’ll also be given a sample of LaBelle wine upon arrival, and be provided with all of the necessary tools and handouts for you to practice and master your newly learned skills.
