Join us for a hands-on cooking techniques class where you’ll learn basic knife skills on March 26, 2025 at LaBelle Winery Derry!About this Event
Led by LaBelle Chefs, this class will guide you through knife techniques, maintenance, and safety. You’ll also be given a sample of LaBelle wine upon arrival, and be provided with all of the necessary tools and handouts for you to practice and master your newly learned skills! Space is limited – register early for best availability!
This fun and educational event is completely interactive, and everyone will get to practice their learned skills during class! You’ll get to enjoy a taste of LaBelle wine at the beginning of class, and be given informational handouts for you to master your newly learned skills at home! This class is perfect for couples, singles, family, and friends, as well as colleagues looking for a unique corporate bonding experience.

- Cutting techniques and knife safety
- Applying techniques to fruits and vegetables
- Choosing knives for your kitchen
- How to maintain your knives
*Please Note: No food will be served during this event.

- This event takes place within our Harvest Room at LaBelle Winery in Derry, NH.
- Tickets purchased together will be seated together. If you would also like to be seated with those from another online order, please enter their names in the “Additional Information” section during checkout.
- Please Note: No food will be provided to you during class. We recommend dining with us at Americus Restaurant before or after the event!
- Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.

Cancellation Policy:
- All Ticket purchases are Non-Refundable.
- Value of Tickets may be transferred to another LaBelle Public Event up until 10 days prior to this event. No transfers are permitted within 10 days prior to the event.
