In this technical hands-on cooking class, students will learn essential knife skills needed to become a proficient home cook. From learning how to hold and sharpen a knife to mastering various cutting techniques. This class will provide students with the skills needed to tackle any recipe with confidence.

Students will then apply their newfound knife skills to create a delicious chicken pot pie galette. This savory dish features a buttery crust, a creamy chicken filling, and is loaded with vegetables. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their culinary skills and create a delicious meal.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat.
