Do you struggle with knee pain or discomfort during exercise that limits you from performing as well as you would like? Perhaps you have recovered from an ACL injury or hamstring tear but still feel held back by it?Then it is time to consider KNEEHAB!
This new 6 week course is designed for those who can do basic exercises but are ready to progress. We will be focusing on sporting movements and building up to more explosive exercises, such as jumps. We will work on identifying your own personal imbalances and weaknesses in key muscles that support the knees and hips.
If this sounds too advanced for you as you still find your knees restrictive in your day-to-day movement, then we do have a foundation level course, KNEEHAB: Foundations that may be more suitable.
During this course, you will benefit from small-group personal training, tailored to your needs, as Adam takes you through key movements to isolate individual muscles and work on restoring mobility, strength and performance.
The goal is to achieve a balance of the muscles in your legs, working on weaknesses, with a particular focus on typically underdeveloped muscles that underpin and support the knee.
With movement testing along the way, by the end of the course you will:
- Be able to see a measurable improvement and progression in strength and stability.
- An increase in your range of motion and reduction in knee associated pain.
- An understanding of how to continue strengthening your knees and improving your balance.
- Be well on the way to regaining your flexibility and movement with confidence.
