In this class, we will focus on mobility exercises to improve joint range of motion, balance exercises to enhance stability, and knee-friendly strength exercises to build strong knees for a better quality of life.All fitness levels welcome. Individuals recovering from injury, struggling with arthritis, or just looking to prevent knee issues for the future are encouraged to check this class out.
