The knees play a crucial role in lower body movement. Strong knees will reduce the risk of fall and improve functional movements. In this class we will focus on mobility exercise to improve joint range of motion, balance exercises to help with stabilization and knee friendly strength exercises to build strong knees for a better quality of living.
All fitness levels welcome. Individuals recovering from injury, struggling with arthritis or just looking to prevent knee issues for the future are encouraged to check this class out.
