KMM will be offering a women's self protection seminar on Sunday September 21 so come on out and train with us!Course content includes general situational awareness, recognizing potential threats, de-escalation tactics, proper stance/movement, striking, and grab/choke counters.
Times are uncertain, so it's best to be prepared. If you're trained, untrained, or have never hit anything in your life, KMM has you covered. The first step is literally stepping onto the mats. We'll take it from there.
