Our Promise is that should any performance be postponed or cancelled by Klub Kids UK for ANY reason, your tickets are always fully protected. Should such an incident occur we will email all ticket holders with rescheduled dates, and offer a full refund for the two weeks (14 days) following the announcement. Once this time period has elapsed, our standard no refund policy applies, any and all exemptions are strictly limited by company discretion.
