Who is interested to join the "INTERNATIONAL KLATOVY CUP 2025" in Klatovy (Czech Republic) June 27-29, 2025??We're searching for adult recreational teams who wanna join this tournament. Also individual players for our mixed team are able to join. Please ask for it.

TOURNAMENT CITY:
Klatovy is a small town in the Pilsen Region of the Czech Republic and located about 38 km south of Pilsen. It has about 23,000 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as an urban monument zone. For the whole weekend there is no need to drive with the own car. All necessary buildings (hotels, arena, other sport facilities, centre with restaurants, bars, clubs, supermarkets etc.) are situated in walking distance.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:
Adult recreational Co-Ed ice hockey tournament.
Guaranteed four tournament games per team!!
Playing time will be 2x 20 minutes (running time) per game.
Ice preparation after every game.
Recreational non-checking and no-fighting rules!!

We’ve blocked four accommodations, in a total of around 170 beds in short walking distance to the arena.

No real single rooms are available!! Only double rooms in single use but they are all quit expensive.
We'll post the hotel overview with the room rates and room types from each hotel in our team managers WhatsApp group for this tournament.
NOTICE: The hotels aren't included in the tournament fee. You can choose one of the tournament hotels (till end of March) or book something on your own.
TOURNAMENT PROGRAM:
Friday June 27 - Travel Day.
Saturday June 28 - First Tournament Day.
Sunday June 29 - Second Tournament Day (till 6 pm).
TOURNAMENT FEES:
90.- EURO PER PLAYER
Included in this fee:
- Tournament organization (arena, referees, timekeepers, hotels, meals etc.).
- Guaranteed four tournament games with 2x 20 minutes.
- Online live scoring and stats.
- Two official league referees per game.
- Ice preparation after every game.
- First aid staff in the arena.
- Own locker room for all teams during the tournament.
- Water for the games.
- Trophies for Ranking, Fair-Play & Individual Player Awards.
- Tournament pictures from all games.
- Two meals in the arena (Saturday lunch & Sunday lunch).
TEAM REGISTRATION:
We need from every team a 500.- Euro deposit until end of March. The remaining money have to be paid until end of May.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION:
We need from every player a 100.- Euro deposit until end of March. The remaining money have to be paid until end of May.
