Giv dig selv en time, hvor du lander blødt i krop og sind, opnår mere jordforbindelse og får kontakt til livskraften.
I dette klangbad ligger eller sidder du komfortabelt, mens du blidt guides igennem et lydlandskab af vibrationer og frekvenser fra bl.a. tibetanske syngeskåle, krystalsyngeskåle, koshiklokker og intuitiv sang.
Mød op klædt i varmt, afslappet tøj. Der findes udstyr i studiet, men medbring gerne eget udstyr til at placere ovenpå studiets måtte, fx pude, tæppe eller yogamåtte.

Treat yourself to an hour of landing softly in your body and mind and letting yourself ground and connect to the lifefore.
During this sound bath, as you sit or lie down comfortably, you will be guided gently through a soundscape of vibrations and frequencies from Tibetan sound bowls, crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and intuitive song.
It is recommended to wear warm and comfortable clothing. Props are available in the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own pillow, blanket, or mat to place on top of the studio mats.
