** Ladies if you are not comfortable with heels any thin sole shoes or socks will do. Carry an extra pair of socks. And Stay comfortable.

** Bring along your water and towel for your comfort.

** Kindly reach 10 mins prior to the workshop time so we can stick to the time frame.
