This class is designed for dancers of all levels who wish to improve their technique, balance, and fluidity when incorporating leg lifts into their Kizomba routines.
Class level: Improver (must know the Kizomba basics and saidas)
Class: Wed, Dec 4 - 7:15pm (90 minutes)
Practice: 8:45pm (30 minutes)
You’ll learn how to execute leg lifts with precision, from the fundamentals of timing and posture to the advanced techniques that make these movements look effortless and graceful. The class will also emphasize the importance of connection with your partner, ensuring that each leg lift flows naturally within the dance.
