This workshop is beneficial to all Kizomba dancers, this workshop will develop your muscle memory and overall Kizomba skills!
This will help you become more natural and confident in your leading and/or the following abilities.
Learning the first layer of Kizomba basics is simple enough and this will get you out on the social dance floor ASAP!
However, Kizomba is equally intricate as it is simple and one can keep mastering their Kizomba skills for as long as they want to, refining and learning the art.
A beginner will be dancing within an hour and then gradually evolve to the more complex steps and concepts of the dance which becomes rather addictive.
Through the Kizomba discipline, you will also become more aware of your own body, posture, and core, this will in turn help you in your everyday life as well as in your dancing skills.
There are many benefits to being a perpetual learner, it is one of the many secret tools of successful people to keep fit in body and mind all the while having a great time and making new friends!
