Join us for our exciting Kiwi Skate program, where skaters of all ages and abilities are welcome! Whether you're taking your first steps on skates or refining advanced skills, we've got something for everyone. Our program offers four skill levels, from complete beginners to confident, advanced skaters. You'll learn how to skate like an artistic roller skater, with a focus on skills, spins, jumps, footwork, and having fun—all while staying safe on your skates. The coaches for this program are qualified and experienced Artistic Roller Skaters.
+ Sam Hayes; Represented NZ Oceania Championships 2022, Represented Whanganui and Christchurch at National Championships since 2017
+ Kate ten Hove: Represented Christchurch at Area Championships since 2023
+ Alana Caunter: Represented NZ Oceania Championships 2010-2011, Represented Nelson at National Championships 2003 - 2012, World Skate Coach Accreditation, New Zealand Level 1 Dance and Freeskating coaching ticket.

Classes run for 8 weeks on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm, starting on October 22nd. The term fee is $120 per skater, with skate hire available for sizes US 1 to US 14.
KiwiSkate is the leading learn-to-skate program across New Zealand clubs, adapted from the National Canadian learn-to-skate program. It covers every skill needed to help skaters transition into the competitive league or simply gain confidence as recreational skaters.
