Bring the family down to beautiful Police Point Park for the 18th annual Family Day celebration sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Medicine Hat. The Kiwanis Club has shown a strong commitment to children and families in Medicine Hat for over 100 years! This year, we are also grateful for additional funding from the City of Medicine Hat’s Community Vibrancy Grant, which will help us make the day even more enjoyable for the community!There’s no better way to beat the winter doldrums than with a FREE scavenger hunt adventure through the park, with the chance to win some exciting prizes! Attendees can also build their own wildlife kits – for just $8.00 – to provide local birds with food and shelter, helping make Medicine Hat a more bird-friendly city! Our friendly interpreters will be available throughout the park, equipped with educational materials and answers to any questions you may have.
Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate will be provided by the Kiwanis Club, or you can roast a hot dog over an open fire for just $1.00! If you want to get outdoors for some family fun, Police Point Park is the place to be! Kiwanis Family Day takes place on Monday, February 16th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. We
