This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session takes place inside the cat lounge where our resident cats are free to roam, observe, and occasionally "assist" with your poses.Enjoy a calming flow focused on relaxation and stretching - plus plenty of adorable feline interactions. The Baristocats may nap nearby, wander through poses, or stop by for snuggles.

✨ Children are welcome, but they must be able to remain quietly on their mat for the entire yoga session
