Kitty Karma Yoga is a fundraising service project created by yoga teacher and cat mom, Suzi King, serving the Northeast Kansas area since 2016. This unique class allows yoga participants to engage with adoptable, rescue cats or puppies during a vinyasa yoga flow. Participants are encouraged to flow as much or as little as they desire, while adoptable animals roam freely through the space. Classes are family friendly and all levels of yoga experience are welcomed. Kitty Karma Yoga Classes at Helping Hands Humane Society support their mission in caring for animals.Registration:
$10 +site fee -- your registration is donated to taking care of the felines at Helping Hands and in foster families.
PLUS Bring a donation from the Helping Hands Wish List to be entered into a drawing
Please bring your own mat, any props you wish to use, and water bottles do need a lid.
*Please be aware that the animals will be freely wandering in the room as you partake in a beginner, family friendly, yoga class*
*Everyone 5 years and older need a ticket*
*No-Shows who do not cancel their class registration prior to the event are considered to be making a DONATION.*
*Anyone younger than 16 will need a parent/guardian in attendance*
*If you wish to bring small children under the age of 5 please contact Suzi before registering; all participants including Littles, must stay on their yoga mat or in a chair quietly during class*
