On Friday February 28 2025 at 7 p.m. the heated patio will transform into a bustling Mediterranean escape where guests sip snack and celebrate like they’re in the pintxos bars of San Sebastián. Expect an evening of endless Spanish wine Mediterranean-inspired bites and unapologetic revelry. Executive Chef Giuseppe Esposito is curating a spread of coastal Spanish flavors—from fresh seafood and spiced chorizo to expertly aged cheeses and housemade breads—served as pintxos and tapas meant for lingering over with a glass (or three) in hand. For one night Kitty Dare’s already top-tier wine selection is dedicated to rare and standout selections from Spain. In partnership with VinoTeca and B&L Brands guests will explore exclusive pours from family-run estates alongside Spanish-style gin and tonics handcrafted sangria and other signature sips. And in true Spanish fashion the night won’t just be about what’s on the plate. Guests are encouraged to embrace tradition—when the wine is flowing the napkins hit the floor.
