PET PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOP + PANEL: 11:30am-3:00pm
If you are a pet professional in animal welfare (animal sheltering, veterinary care, or another field involving frequent kitten interactions), join Kitten Lady for an informative "Programs That Save Kittens" workshop covering best practices for on-site kitten care in shelters and veterinary settings, kitten-focused programs, and foster care. Following Kitten Lady's professional workshop will be a panel discussion between Colorado animal welfare professionals to discuss topics covered in the workshop, kitten-related challenges (and solutions) faced by animal welfare organizations, and methods to activate our communities to improve the welfare of cats and kittens. (Kitten Lady will not be a participant in this panel.)
COMMUNITY WORKSHOP: SAVING KITTENS' LIVES: 6:00pm-8:00pm:
Whether you're a seasoned foster caregiver or simply kitten-curious, learn something new in Kitten Lady's Saving Kittens' Lives workshop! You will learn about helping kittens found outside and how to provide proper hands-on care to kittens of all ages, from bottle-fed neonates to under-socialized teenagers. By the end of this workshop, you will feel prepared and inspired to take action to improve the lives of cats and kittens in your community!
MEET & GREET ADD-ON (Very limited!): 4:30pm-5:30pm:
Add on a Meet & Greet ticket to your Professional or Community Workshop ticket to meet Kitten Lady! Each Meet & Greet ticketholder may spend two minutes with Kitten Lady, including a photo together (bring your phone or camera!). Bring your Tiny But Mighty, Adventures in Fosterland, or other Kitten Lady book (or purchase yours at the merch table) to have it signed during your Meet & Greet! Time will be strictly limited to two minutes per Meet & Greet ticket holder.
