About this Event
Welcome to Self Love Sunday! A weekly beach-front, beginner friendly flow yoga class.
All levels, all ages all bodies! (well-behavied/quiet dogs and infants also welcome). Outdoor Vinyasa flow class to strengthen your body and mind.
Just bring your mat or a towel! Optional: bring your bathing suit for a post class community dip!
We meet every Sunday on the grass between the kitsilano yacht club and kits beach pool (location is weather dependant **this event runs rain or shine**)
