Join me for a special edition of Love Sunday! A weekly beach-front, beginner friendly flow yoga class. On Sunday July 28th, I invite you to join your community for a post-class coffee chat at Pure Bread on West 4th Ave and receive 15% off your order.
All levels, all ages all bodies! (well-behavied/quiet dogs and infants also welcome). Outdoor Vinyasa flow class to strengthen your body and mind.
Just bring your mat or a towel and water!
We meet every Sunday on the grass between the kitsilano yacht club and kits beach pool (location is weather dependant **this event runs rain or shine**)
