- Rosary Ash goat’s cheese, figs
- Ogleshield, potato rosti, pear
- Lincolnshire Poacher souffle, toasted hazelnut dressing, endive, pickled apple
- Crispy truffled camembert, roasted cauliflower puree, pickled shallots
- Buffalo blue, soda bread treacle tart, pickled walnut
