Join Leander Parks & Recreation every spring for the city's annual Kite Festival at Devine Lake Park. This is a free community event for all ages. Activities include kite flying, food vendors, and lots of high-flying fun! Bring your own kite or bring the family to watch other kites soar. Public admission for Kite Festival is free.
