In these classes we will follow the inspiring advice from the famous 11th century text – Advice from Atisha’s Heart. These teachings will focus on seeking happiness from a different source. This timeless advice is perfect for the difficulties of our modern present age. Through putting these wisdom teachings into practice, we can find peace in every moment.

Through meditation practice and through contemplation of meaningful meditation objects in our daily life, we can find that happiness that we seek within our own mind – and bring harmony to our daily life and relationships.

$15 a class. $48 4-class pass (series pass).

Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.

Info: The class starts with a guided breathing meditation.

Info: There is a short teaching on how we can apply Buddhist wisdom to our modern daily lives.

Info: This guided meditation gives us time to reflect on the teaching and to spend some time with our meditation object.

Info: The class finishes with advice on how to remember to apply the teaching and question and answer. Everyone is also welcome to stay for refreshments after class.
