Spend a day learning to craft your own herbal "medicines" to help get us through the season of flu and colds! $44 per person. First up will be learning how to make your own batch of Fire Cider. You can choose to make one or two quarts. You'll get an ingredient list of what to bring.
A nice pot luck lunch break for catching up with friends.
Next we will start a community batch of Elderberry Syrup, everyone contributing to a cherished big pot to simmer on the stove, resulting in everyone taking home a pint of syrup. As the simmer is simmering we will experience a sound meditation. Ingredients provided, except you'll need to bring honey.
Next up with be crafting a microbatch of Pine Needle Chai tea (correctly called an Herbal Infusion!). You will snip the pine needles and add to roasted dandelion root, and chai spices. Simply delicious on a cold winter day! Ingredients provided.
All will come with a recipe so you can repeat batches when you need to make more, for yourself or for gifting. A lot of people geeked out on my initial FB post about this. We may be as many as 30+ attending. There are long tables there so plenty of room. I'll get a shopping list up for the Fire Cider, plus you'll need the jars and to bring a few utensil things for your little crafting/work area.
