Class Experience
Adding a sauce to a dish makes it come alive!
These sauces can stand alone or be used as a base where you can create more flavorful sauces using meat, stock, wines, vinegar and more!
You will also see how you can apply each sauce on different products like proteins, pasta, and vegetables!
Ages 18+
Menu:
- Espagnole Sauce with Meatballs
- Hollandaise Sauce with Poached Egg
- Tomato Sauce with Garlic Butter Crostini
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Your purchase includes:
- One seat in the class
- Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class
- Live step-by-step cooking instruction
Classes are approximately 2 hours- 2 1/2 hours
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
