Led by Dr. Sydney Freggiaro and Dr. Holly Castle, you will get expert tips and tricks on the natural medicine apothecary you already have in your home. Special guest speaker, Paige Burton (nutritionist), will also shed insight on medicinal foods you should keep on hand for this cold and flu season.
The proceeds from your $12 ticket will be donated to a local food bank.
