Kitchen Knife Making Set

In this class students will make a full set of our Rockler kitchen knives. Each student will leave with the following four kitchen knifes. The Chef knife, a Santoku knife, a Filet knife, and a Paring knife. This class is good for beginners, and we will walk you through all the needed steps to safely construct the handles for your own kitchen knife set. This class will take knife scales, and then glue them to the body of the knife. After drying, you will sand down the pins and shape the body of the handles and leave the same day with a full set of knives ready to use that night.
