Kitchen Flex Series: Abs Made in the Gym are Uncovered in the KitchenKitchen Flex is designed to get you on track to achieve the health results you are looking for. This series of hands-on classes will be held weekly from 10:00AM-11:30AM on Wednesdays January 15-March 5. Each class will be offered twice at alternating locations (Downtown Y and Andover Y) to provide you with options for both location and date.
