Kismet Glow + Flow with Elle and Zo: where feeling good meets looking good.
We're Elle Engelman and Zoe Smeltzer Fox - two devoted yoga teachers committed to providing a safe and accessible space for movement, mindfulness, and community. We are so excited to bring an hour of serenity to Kismet Collective - a magical hub where art and heart meet business.
We will be ready to see you at 8:30am with free coffee and tea, compliments of Kismet Salon + Collective!
Class will start promptly at 9:00am and the journey will last one hour - starting with a slow flow and ending with a reiki savasana. The class is designed for everybody and every body - come ready to move, groove, explore, discover, and step into exactly who you are.
Tickets will be on a sliding scale - no one will be turned away. We are passionate about the yogic principle of ahimsa, or nonviolence, inspiring us to curate yoga for change — every last Sunday of the month, we will host this offering with Kismet Salon + Collective and donate a percentage of our proceeds to rotating charities we love. This month, we will be donated to The Trevor Project - the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQIA+ youth. Last month we donated $80 to Point of Pride 🏳️🌈
This class will be intimate - we only have space for 12 souls. RSVP when you are sure you can attend! 🩷
