An evening of chant and heart-song with Siward Mullens & George Walker.We will open the evening with half an hour of gentle yoga with Kate, to prepare the body to sit for this meditative evening. Then Siward & George will lead us through a round of ancient sanskrit chants songs and silences, inviting you to relax, centre, meditate and delve deeper into the mystery!
We share sacred space in a relaxed informal inclusive manner, mixing Indian and western instruments and styles handing out drums and percussion as we go.
We usually sing for about an hour and a half and end the evening with tea, prasad and snacks and a chance to catch up.
Tickets are £20.00 pp with a Concession ticket of £10.00 available.
