Join us @ The Soul Sanctuary as Fraser 'Rishi"' & Dana share their hearts & soul in this powerful practice. In this special offering from Hearts Calling (who are visiting from Peterborough), there will be lively and uplifting chants blended with meditation.
In these gatherings, a natural rhythm always emerges, where we sing then spend some time resting in stillness, before singing once again. As we sing the mantras, meditation becomes more and more effortless. And this is such a gift, to gather and connect in community in this way. So we welcome you to join us for an evening of Kirtan and meditation and to come home to the heart together.
Myself Chris Dub & Jennifer Mya will be hosting these beautiful beings & we are very excited for this oppurtunity to commune with you in this way. There will also be a potluck before the Kirtan starting at 5pm (free, bring a dish). And a Qi Gong workshop by Fraser from 3-5pm.
