This evening we will explore voice, breath and sound through sacred mantras. Chanting is a powerful way to quiet the mind, release tensions and go deeper within. Through mantras we can experience something greater than our small selves, sense the beauty of life and recognize that breath and sound are intimately connected to the divine.
We will chant both modern Bhakti mantras and ancient Vedic ones.
The evening will end with relaxing sound journey. Some tea and snacks will be available from 20.30 for those who want to stay around after the singing.
Annika & Gabriele are musicians and devoted mantra practitioners with deep knowleadge and many years of experience.
They lead with simplicity, enthusiasm and big hearts. You do not need to have any previous experience or feel that you have a "good" singing voice, this is an exploration.
250kr Early bird price until 30/4. Then 300kr.
Event is held at Alvanda Studio, Sankt Eriksgatan 104.
