About this Event
Thursday night Kirtan is a guided experience of healing and enlivening sound. Integrating mantra meditation and beautiful live instruments, the group is led toward a deep state of upliftment. In the yoga tradition, sound is used as a powerful tool for inner transformation.
Kirtan is a simple and authentic way to relieve stress, refresh the mind and connect with the heart. Great for new meditators as well as seasoned practitioners.
