Natalie Prauser
Natalie Prauser blends the introspection of the 60s Laurel Canyon folk scene with the attitude of 70s outlaw country. Through tales of loving, leaving, and honky-tonk debauchery, her honest voice and razor-sharp lyricism give Prauser a cutting edge take on a timeless sound.
A Kansas native, Natalie began playing in bars at the tender age of fourteen, and was a recipient of an American Songwriters Award in 2015. WIth an interest in both lyrical and visual storytelling, she recently graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute with a filmmaking degree.
Natalie released her first full-length solo album, entitled “Til the Sun Comes Up,” in November of 2022. The album was produced by Marty Bush and features Devon Teran on pedal steel, and Bush on electric guitar, baritone, and drums. Her debut album was featured on Bandcamp Daily’s “Best of Country Music” for its November release. After extensive touring throughout the US promoting Til the Sun Comes Up, Natalie is currently back in the studio working on her second full-length album. This record is set to release in September of 2024.
