This immersive, hands-on Kintsugi workshop is designed to be a transformative experience that mirrors the journey of healing, resilience, and self-love. Through the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi, participants will explore the beauty in imperfection, learning how to embrace their personal struggles and rebuild themselves with strength, patience, and intention.

1. Breaking the Bowl – A Symbol of Life’s Challenges
   The workshop begins with an intentional breaking of a bowl, representing the struggles, hardships, and limiting beliefs that have shaped each participant’s journey. The act of breaking is a powerful release, symbolizing the pain, setbacks, and challenges that life brings.
2. Rebuilding with Intention – Finding Strength in Healing
   Once broken, the pieces are carefully gathered, reflecting the way we pick ourselves up after life’s hardships. Just as healing requires patience and self-compassion, the bowl is mindfully pieced back together, representing the process of reclaiming wholeness. Participants will experience firsthand how healing is not about erasing the past but about embracing every part of their journey.
3. Highlighting the Fractures with Gold – Embracing Self-Love
   After the bowl has been glued back together, the fractures are highlighted with gold, symbolizing the beauty found in resilience.
