In this workshop, resident Reiki Master Teacher Katy Russell will guide you on a journey of honoring your own cracks and letting the light in.
Through gentle meditation and reflection, you’ll explore the parallels between Kintsugi and our own healing paths—where brokenness becomes a gateway to deeper beauty, resilience, and wholeness. Together, we will break and thoughtfully repair a bowl, adding golden light to the places once fractured.
Each participant will leave with a one-of-a-kind creation, a living reminder that our scars are not something to hide but to honor—illuminated with wisdom, compassion, and light.
