The Raft is partnering with Kintsugi Hope to offer a free, 10 week wellbeing course for adoptive parents, kinship and foster carers, starting Tuesday 23rd Sept 2025 and every week until December 2nd, excluding half term.The group will provide a structured, yet flexible, programme designed to help participants accept themselves, understand their value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future.
Topics covered include: anxiety, anger, disappointment and loss, perfectionism, healthy relationships and resilience.
Each participant will receive a free hot drink and cake from Way Coffee every session. Ideally we are hoping that participants can commit to the whole 10 week programme.
There is free car parking available at the back of One Church.

Kintsugi Hope is a Christian faith based charity. The course is open to anyone, regardless of faith background.
